Draco haematopogon (punapartainen liitolisko) – Museolaatuinen lentävän liskonäyte A1-kunnossa. Näyte on ammattitaitoisesti kuivattu, säilötty ja kiinnitetty levitettyyn asentoon, jotta koko patagium eli liitopoimu tulee esiin. Ihanteellinen luonnonhistoriallisten kokoelmien harrastajille, herpetologeille, opettajille ja taiteilijoille.
Draco haematopogon on yksi Kaakkois-Aasian näyttävimmistä liskoista. Se kuuluu poikkeukselliseen Draco-sukuun eli lentäviin lohikäärmeisiin, joita esiintyy Malaijin niemimaalla, Sumatralla, Borneolla ja lähisaarilla. Se elää alankojen ja kukkulametsien keskikerroksessa. Suvun nimi Draco – latinaa ja tarkoittaa lohikäärmettä – on erittäin osuva: näillä liskoilla on poikkeuksellinen liitämiseen soveltuva rakenne, jossa huomattavasti pidentyneet kylkiluut kannattelevat ohutta ihopoimua eli patagiumia. Se voidaan levittää sivusuunnassa kahdeksi elävästi värittyneeksi siipimäiseksi paneeliksi, joiden avulla lisko voi liitää hallitusti jopa 10 metriä puiden välillä. Aidosti poikkeuksellinen, anatomisesti ainutlaatuinen ja visuaalisesti vaikuttava lisä jokaiseen vakavasti otettavaan luonnonhistorialliseen kokoelmaan tai herpetologiseen tutkimukseen.

This was part of a double order, same as my other review. I’m new to pinning as a hobby in my spare time. From what I can tell they’re good specimens with plenty of variety. My only gripe is that they didn’t come with ID but that wouldn’t stop me from ordering again. Hopefully ID can be added to future purchases.
