דוגמה יוצאת דופן: Eupholus linnei — חיפושית תכשיט ממשפחת ה-CURCULIONIDAE, שנקראת על שם קרל ליניאוס (1707–1778), אב הטקסונומיה המודרנית ואדריכל מערכת השמות הבינומית שמעניקה לכל מין בדף זה את שמו המדעי. ללא ליניאוס, לא היה קיים Eupholus linnei, לא Cosmodela aurulenta, ולא Therates princeps — כל שפת ההיסטוריה הטבעית כפי שאנו מכירים אותה נובעת מעבודתו. להחזיק ב-Eupholus linnei פירושו להחזיק בדוגמה שנקראת על שם האיש שהפך את מתן השמות לדוגמות לאפשרי. כחבר בסוג Eupholus, היא גם מציגה את הזוהר האופייני לסוג — פסים בוהקים בצבעי כחול וירוק חשמליים, שממקמים אותה בין חיפושיות התכשיט היפות ביותר בעולם. משומרת ביבוש לפי תקן מוזיאוני A1, דוגמה זו שומרת על עוצמת הצבעים המלאה שלה ועל פרטי המשטח המדהימים.

This was part of a double order, same as my other review. I’m new to pinning as a hobby in my spare time. From what I can tell they’re good specimens with plenty of variety. My only gripe is that they didn’t come with ID but that wouldn’t stop me from ordering again. Hopefully ID can be added to future purchases.
