ビルマ産琥珀（バーマイト）は、世界で最も科学的価値が高く、希少性のある琥珀の一つです。ミャンマー北部のフカウン渓谷で産出し、約9,900万年前の白亜紀中期に形成されたもので、商業的に入手可能な化石産出琥珀の中でも最古の部類に入ります。その驚異的な年代により、封入物は恐竜が生息していた時代のものとなり、白亜紀の森林生態系を直接知ることができる貴重な窓を提供します。
琥珀の封入物について
琥珀の封入物とは、何百万年も前に古代の樹脂（樹液ではありません）に閉じ込められた生物です。樹脂が標本を包み込むと、自然な重合の過程が始まり、まずコーパルへと硬化します。そして何百万年にもわたる埋没と地質学的圧力を経て、最終的に本物の琥珀へと変化します。その結果、失われた世界を覗く窓が生まれます。生物が驚くほど精細に保存され、まるで昨日捕らえられたかのように時を止めた状態で封じ込められているのです。

This was part of a double order, same as my other review. I’m new to pinning as a hobby in my spare time. From what I can tell they’re good specimens with plenty of variety. My only gripe is that they didn’t come with ID but that wouldn’t stop me from ordering again. Hopefully ID can be added to future purchases.
