琥珀包裹物是數百萬年前被封存於古老樹脂中的生物——並非樹液。樹脂包覆標本後，便開始自然的聚合過程，先硬化成柯巴脂（Copal），再經過數百萬年的掩埋與地質壓力，最終轉化為真正的琥珀。其成果宛如通往失落世界的窗口：生物以非凡的細節保存下來，凝結於時間之中，彷彿直到昨天才被捕捉。
