Lo Scinco dorato è una specie di lucertola diurna diffusa in tutto il Sud-est asiatico, nota per la sua lucentezza metallica bronzo-oro e le molteplici strisce longitudinali. Questa specie adattabile vive in vari ambienti, dalle foreste alle aree agricole, rappresentando un esemplare comune ma visivamente impressionante dell’erpetofauna indonesiana.
