Euphaea variegataはEuphaeidae科に属する美しい模様のイトトンボで、南アジアおよび東南アジアの森林の小川や河川に分布しています。種名のvariegataは「まだら模様」や「多様な色彩」を意味し、この種を同属の他種と区別する複雑で変化に富んだ翅と体の模様を的確に表しています。すべてのEuphaea属のイトトンボと同様に、頑丈で比較的大型のイトトンボであり、温かみのある琥珀色の翅が特徴ですが、特にvariegataはその繊細で多様な模様が注目され、個体ごとに微妙に異なる美しさを持っています。展開状態では、まだら模様と優雅なプロポーションが視覚的に魅力的で、Euphaeidae科やトンボ目のコレクションにおいて分類学的にも興味深い標本となります。

This was part of a double order, same as my other review. I’m new to pinning as a hobby in my spare time. From what I can tell they’re good specimens with plenty of variety. My only gripe is that they didn’t come with ID but that wouldn’t stop me from ordering again. Hopefully ID can be added to future purchases.
