Prinia inornataは、小型で細身のシスティコリッドのウグイス科の一種で、プリニアの中でも最も広範囲に分布しています。パキスタンやインドから東南アジア、南中国、台湾、インドネシア諸島にかけて生息しています。開けた草地、低木地帯、稲作地帯、湿地の縁などでよく見られ、長く段階的な尾羽が特徴で、常に尾を上げて振る習性があり、低い植生の中を落ち着きなく動き回ります。控えめな羽色は学名のinornata（「飾り気のない」）に表れていますが、アジアで最も生態的に成功し広く分布するウグイスの一種です。このシスティコリッドの骨格は、繊細で均整の取れたスズメ目の骨格学の例であり、無脊椎動物を採食するために適応した細長い嘴、長い尾椎骨列、軽量な後肢の骨がこの標本に明確に保存されています。真剣な自然史コレクションや芸術的展示に精密で優雅な一品です。

This was part of a double order, same as my other review. I’m new to pinning as a hobby in my spare time. From what I can tell they’re good specimens with plenty of variety. My only gripe is that they didn’t come with ID but that wouldn’t stop me from ordering again. Hopefully ID can be added to future purchases.
