Trimeresurus albolabris는 남아시아와 동남아시아 전역, 즉 인도와 중국 남부에서 말레이반도 및 인도네시아 제도에 이르기까지 분포하는 아름답고 의학적으로 중요한 수목성 구덩이살모사입니다. 선명한 에메랄드빛 녹색 몸에 독특한 흰색 측면 줄무늬와 흰색 아래순비늘을 지니며, 이 특징에서 ‘흰입술’을 뜻하는 종소명 albolabris가 유래했습니다. 아시아에서 시각적으로 가장 상징적인 살모사 중 하나입니다. 살모사아과에 속하는 이 종은 눈과 콧구멍 사이에 위치한 고도로 민감한 적외선 감지 감각 구조인 로레알 구덩이 기관을 지니며, 완전한 어둠 속에서도 온혈 먹이를 놀라운 정밀도로 감지하는 데 사용합니다. 살모사과의 두개골은 뱀목에서 해부학적으로 가장 인상적인 구조 중 하나로, 긴 속이 빈 관형 독니를 세우기 위해 회전할 수 있는 고도로 운동성인 독니-bearing 상악골, 깊은 운동성을 지닌 방형골과 익돌골 연결부, 넓고 삼각형인 머리 윤곽을 특징으로 하며, 이 모든 구조가 본 표본에 선명하게 보존되어 있습니다. 곡선 형태로 제시된 이 골격은 이 종 특유의 수목성 공격 자세를 연상시킵니다. 유연하고, 응시하며, 경계하는 모습으로, 아시아를 대표하는 나무살모사 중 하나의 유동적인 포식자적 우아함을 역동적이고 전시하기 좋은 구성으로 전달합니다. 진지한 컬렉션이나 예술적 전시에 과학적으로 탁월하고 시각적으로도 매력적인 추가물이 될 것입니다.

This was part of a double order, same as my other review. I’m new to pinning as a hobby in my spare time. From what I can tell they’re good specimens with plenty of variety. My only gripe is that they didn’t come with ID but that wouldn’t stop me from ordering again. Hopefully ID can be added to future purchases.
