Purchased one lot of 5 stick insects to be shipped from UK to US. US Fish & Wildlife withheld the shipment for a formal import certificate and pay the import fee of extra $100. Is a LOT for a small order. Seller did NOT reply when communication attempted. Should be warning that ALL insect exports to the US may be subject to US Customs hold and USFWS permit and fees.

It's not what I expected. I understand that when buying something random, there's always a risk that you won't get exactly what you want, and that's fine. However, based on my experience, I feel disappointed with the specimens that arrived. I ordered a random pack of 10 and they are minuscule in size; in my opinion, none of them particularly stand out. I wouldn't buy this random option again if there's a chance of getting the same type and size repeated. On the other hand, I had no issues with the service and shipping; in that aspect, everything was perfect.
