Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original new condition. Please email first for a returns number. Returns are at customer cost. Refunds are processed on receipt for the value of the order less shipping.

If specimens are damaged in transit, a store credit for the full value of the specimen less shipping will be provided. Email photos of the specimen in an irreparable condition and any damage to the outer box.

Reach out to your mail carrier or post office if you have any concerns. Make sure your address is accurate to prevent any delays or extra fees.
