These authentic Carcharocles megalodon tooth fossils range from 38 to 60mm and originate from the fossil-rich Miocene deposits of Florida, USA. Though smaller than their colossal counterparts, these teeth belonged to juvenile or sub-adult megalodons—apex predators that ruled the oceans between 23 and 3.6 million years ago and grew to lengths exceeding 18 metres.
